Sam holds his Doctorate from Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems from the Pace University of New York. He founded Visionary Technologies, LLC after working as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the public sector, and has decades of experience in the public and private technology industry. Sam has served on education boards and agencies at the state, national and international levels.

Alice holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas in educational administration. She has extensive experience as an administrator and technology leader in various school districts as well as the Executive Director of two state-wide technology associations. She has served on education boards and agencies at the state, national and international levels.
